You will hold a key role in working towards this from within East Midlands Airport Administrative team.The RoleThe post holder will:Provide proactive administrative support to the members of the Airport Leadership Team (ALT).Co-ordinate and administer all associated administrative tasks in relation to the day to day running of the ALT Administration and HR function.Assist with the recruitment and on boarding process, arranging interviews, contacting candidates, ordering equipment for new starters and ensuring Inductions are arranged.Undertake day to day administrative functions to include: management of ALT diaries, coordinating meetings, minute taking, booking travel, hotels, conference venues and catering, handling telephone calls and dealing with e-mails.Co-ordinate the production of the weekly performance report and ad-hoc reports and presentations when necessary.Ensure all HR related hearings and meetings are arranged in line with the relevant policies and in a timely manner. Ensure data is kept up to date, related to all ER cases and prepare all documentation required for such meetings, include accurate minute taking at meetings.Co-ordinate all HR related training events to ensure the target audiences are reached.Assist in the production and analysis of people data dashboards for the use of the Airport Leadership Team (ALT).Deputise for the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director when required.Provide daily reception cover during lunchtimes and during periods of leave.YouIt is essential that you have:Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.Capable of working under pressure whilst maintaining a positive 'can-do? and proactive attitude.Experience of prioritising workload to meet deadlines without close supervision.Excellent verbal, written & communication skills whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.Experience of working within an office environment and front of house.Working knowledge of Microsoft office productsAbility to work in a team and have a flexible approach.Attention to detail.It is desirable that you have:Experience of working within a Senior Leadership Team and Director environment.
