One of the region's leading contract logistics operator, covering DC Management, Order Management and Consumer and Fulfilment Services is seeking an Administration and Customer Services Manager based in Coalville to join its expanding team. As the Administration and Customer Services Manager, your duties will be to: - Provide administration support to the operational team, General Manager and Director - This role is commutable from - Leicester, Coalville, Ashby De La Zouch, Tamworth, Loughborough, Hinckley - Manage a small team of Customer Service Administrators - Create and maintain all documentation for the site including the site communications plan - Control and administer all data and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) - Lead colleague engagement forums - Invoice payroll and other associated administrative tasks. To be a successful Administration and Customer Services Manager you will have the following skills and experience: - Previous experience in a similar role ideally from within a logistics environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Accuracy and attention to deal with a high degree of flexibility - IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Able to work in a busy, pressured environment - Ability to build string effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure that good relationships are built with all colleagues You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday although some flexibility will be required. In return, the Administration and Customer Services Manager will receive a salary of circa 25,000 per annum depending upon experience. The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
