Administrative Assistant / Admin Support - Earn 14.55 per hour plus benefits (PAYE) or 18.65 per hour (LTD) Our Global Pharmaceutical Client, a top 100 FTSE company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Admin Support for 6 months to join their team in Middlesex. As a Personal Assistant to the Chief Information Security officer (CISO) and Director, Office of the CISO and InfoProtect Programme, you will fully support the VP, Director and programme by providing first class personal assistant service.Key Responsibilities:The key duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Calendar management support of VP and Director, Office of the CISO Co-ordinate and manage the organisation and logistics of internal meetings and events Co-ordinate travel arrangements local and overseas Expense management for key team members Liaise with HR and other departments to ensure smooth transition and induction of new starters. Ensure induction checklist is complete as per requirements Liaise with UK SFS and external suppliers to ensure the timeliness of billing and supplier payment Maintain team site and create and maintain distribution lists for internal and external contacts Maintain the InfoProtect mailbox - respond to queries and forward to appropriate team member.
