The personal injury teams at Irwin Mitchell don?t just deal with compensation claims, we also work with our clients and their families to ensure all of their rehabilitation needs are met. It?s a unique approach that really makes a difference to people whose lives have been turned upside down by injury. The Role As an Administrator in one of our busy offices, you?ll ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. By providing excellent administration, you?ll help our solicitors to really focus on our clients.  Ideally candidates will have at least 6 months administrative experience within a similar role. Whilst some of your tasks may be repetitive, the ability to make a difference to our solicitors and clients makes this an extremely important role. The role would therefore suit someone who has a genuine interest in helping our clients receive an exceptional service at the time when they need it most. Responsibilities and Criteria:·         main duties: filing, faxing, photocopying, preparation of bundles, opening and closing files on computer databases, contacting clients by telephone·         excellent attention to detail·         confidence in liaising with senior colleagues regarding requests·         accuracy and efficiency·         good standard of education including 5 GCSEs/O Level at Grade C or above (to include English and Mathematics)·         good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems would be an advantage. If you?re a self-motivated administrator looking for an important role then we?d like to hear from you.  The Benefits In addition to your competitive basic salary we have an exciting benefits package including a contributory pension scheme, critical illness cover, health cash plan, death in service, discounted legal services, 25 days hols (this increases with length of service), discounted online shopping, season ticket loans, childcare vouchers. Additional information The reference code for this role is M050917/AA.
