Permanent, 37 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent post for an Advanced Social Work Practitioner in the Best Practice Development Team.  This post focuses on coaching, mentoring and raising the quality of practice with an emphasis on supporting a culture of achievement and best practice for children and young people.  The successful candidate will be part of a team of five Advanced Social Work Practitioners and will be responsible to the Principal Social Worker. The role of the Advanced Practitioner is to support and up skill Social Workers and allied Practitioners in acquiring the necessary skills to lead in the development of a high standard of professional Social Work practice across the service.Candidates need to be qualified, registered Social Workers with experience of safeguarding and Court work and at least 3 years post qualifying experience.Interviews will be held on 31st March 2017.
