We are looking to recruit 5 Advanced Social Work Practitioners, with a genuine passion for working directly with children, young people and families across Blackburn with Darwen.This is an exciting career opportunity that recognises and rewards your experience as a Social Worker and will offer you career progression whilst you contribute to the development of the Social Workers in the service.  This post sits within the Children?s Services Department operating under the Adoption and Children Act 2002, Children Acts 1989 and 2004, Children and Families Act 2014 and associated legislation and guidance.Candidates need to be qualified, registered social workers with experience of safeguarding and court work and at least 3 years post qualifying experience.
