An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join the Joint Adult Learning Disability Team.We are looking to recruit a suitably skilled, committed and enthusiastic social worker to provide positive leadership, support and advice to social work staff and health colleagues. You will also provide a highly skilled social work service to those individuals with the most complex needs.You will bring an ability to undertake analytical assessments and develop commissioned and non-commissioned support strategies in a timely manner. You will have a genuine commitment to partnership working and be a strong team player working flexibly with a ?can do? attitudeThe team aims to promote the health, independence and well-being of adults with learning disabilities and their carers through an integrated approach to assessment and support planning. You will work closely with the Psychology Team, AHP's, people supported, staff teams, carers and other health and social care professionals and partner agencies for Salford's Learning Disability team.The team is committed to the objectives of the Integrated Care Organisation in Salford and the Complex Needs Service of which it is a part.
