Each month the Trust has approximately 10 to 20 vacancies for various apprentice administration roles. We are looking for staff with a ?can do? attitude who meet our organisational values. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong verbal, written and IT skills. A flexible approach to work will be essential in these constantly developing and adapting services. Please read the job descriptions before you apply to see which of the roles you are most interested in and suitable for. The Trust is trialling a new, innovative way to recruit admin apprentices. This involves starting the recruitment advert, application and assessment before there is a specific vacancy. Successful candidates will be placed in a ?Talent Pool?, where you can be offered a choice of roles across the Trust. This style of recruitment takes the ?hunting? out of job hunting, as youwill only have to submit one application to the Trust and you will be matched with a job after you?ve completed the assessments. Examples of some of the administration apprenticeships that you may be successful in securing employment for are: ? Band 2 Apprentice Receptionist ? Band 2 Apprentice Call Handler ? Band 2 Apprentice Clerical Officer ? Band 2 Apprentice Ward Clerk ? Band 3 Apprentice Clinic Coordinator ? Band 3 Apprentice Inpatient Booking Coordinator ? Band 3 Apprentice Medical Secretary ?
