This is a part time post working 30 hours per week, delivering an essential administrative role within a busy Eating Disorders Service.Reporting to: Ward Manager / Clinical LeadAn adaptable person required to provide competent and efficient administrative support to the Leicester Adult Eating Disorder Service.The post holder should demonstrate a caring and sensitive approach to their work and be able to clearly communicate with colleagues, the general public and representatives from other clinical services, general practices, acute hospitals and allied organisations.Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work flexibly and to be able use own initiative is vital. Essential skills required for the post include- the ability to prioritise tasks; effective time management skills; excellent IT and administration, good communication: written and verbal, interpersonal and organisational skills. It is essential that the post holder is competent in Word and Excel and other Microsoft-based software.Location: Leicester Adult Eating Disorders Service, Langley Ward, Bennion Centre, Glenfield Hospital, Groby Road, Leicester.For further information, please contact Maureen Williams on email
