Dynamic working gives everyone at Barclays the opportunity to integrate professional and personal lives, if you have a need for flexibility then please discuss this with the hiring manager.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Overall purpose of role·        Provide project management support to senior team members. ·        Co-ordinate internal approval processes and prepare relevant transaction summary papers. ·        Undertake risk assessment and analysis for credit transactions.  Be able to present findings of such analysis internally. ·        Further develop knowledge of financing solutions, including structuring (both debt and equity), accounting and tax expertise, financial modelling and analysis. ·        Undertake research and analysis of sector companies. ·        Undertake company valuations and financial modelling (applicable in M&A). ·        Prepare presentations for client meetings, marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation.
