We are looking for a highly motivated person with high quality report writing and governance experience, assurance and business planning with the ability to work across government departments supporting the agendas outlined and with a strong commitment on patient outcomes and health inequalities. Key to our approach is making sure that the needs and wishes of patient are at the heart of everything we do.Do you have the skills to support the business management for the healthcare areas working to the Director of Health &Justice, Armed Forces and their families and Sexual Assault Services .As a Business Manager, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering and implementing priorities in 3 areas of Direct Commissioning by working effectively with colleagues and partners in NHS England, partner organisations and across government departments. The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery. You will be required to ensure all programmes are delivered within agreed timescales and resources, securing agreements and working to support the government of oversight group and report and business plan production.The post-holder will:-? Produce and adopt clear implementation plans to ensure that the programme director and partnership boards are assured that delivery of plans are effectively managed? Ensure that proposals and delivery plans are based on evidence to improve quality and outcomes? Establish and maintain project management systems and documentation so that delivery plans are clear and shared? Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant NHS England colleagues in regional and national teams, securing support for delivery a required? Budget responsibility and secretariat for NHS England Oversight Groups for Health &Justice and Armed Forces? Supporting directors budget planning and administration budgets ? Developing systems to support FOI?s and communication plansThis is a fixed term / secondment opportunity until 31 March 2019.This advert closes on Thursday 14 Sep 2017
