( http://acecentre.org.uk/ ) .  This role entails the delivery of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) designed to facilitate a precision medicine approach to improving service pathways by embedding data visualisation and analyticscapabilities. The KTP will enable the ACE Centre to secure diversified income streams and grow their provision beyond their National Health Service (England) contract (NHSE) across the whole AAC & AT sector.You will be employed and supported by a team of academic experts from the university, and you will be based at the company?s premises in Oldham.Your key objectives are to ensure successful stated project outcomes and compliance with MMU, Innovate UK and ACE Centreprocedures and financial regulations through acting as overall project manager.  Key TasksThe Key tasks of the project will be to:Form a Project Team, based on the key contributors from within ACE and Manchester Metropolitan University.Review ACE's current operations to identify existing delivery models, operational issues and potential for growth in service provision.Work alongside AAC/AT professionals within ACE and its stakeholder community to improve organisational processes.Summarise the effectiveness of the variety of service pathwaysresulting from ACE's interventions.Conduct a segmentation analysis of client profile data to identify key drivers / key barriers of ACE intervention effectiveness.  Create and embed data visualisation platforms to support planning, operations management and decision-making within the organisation.Employ advanced data analytics processes as appropriate to support strategic development of new and/or enhanced services. Review and evaluate the outcomes of the KTP project, producing reports to identify ways of optimising long-term benefits from the project.Produce reports to meet funder requirements, i.e. Final and Associate reports, and to deliver on academic outputs, e.g. publications.  Special FeaturesWillingness to travel both in the UK, including both ACE offices, in order to aid successful completion of the project.
