The structure of Treasury Service (TS) Sales in EMEA seeks to create an industry and geographic alignment across our client base. Team Description The EMEA Sales coverage team is effectively split into the following groups: Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI), Large Corporates and Commercial Bank clients. The TS Sales role responsibility combines managing existing client relationships and building new business. The teams work closely with the Global Corporate Bank to manage client relationships and work in partnership with the various TS product areas of Core Cash Management, Liquidity, FX, Trade, Escrow and Commercial Card . UK & Northern Europe Team In the UK & Northern Europe Team, The Sales teams are focused on building revenue growth and winning new business globally for Large Corporate clients who have Head Offices in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics and Russia with alignment according to the following industries: Natural Resources; Technology, Media & Telecoms; Diversified Industrials; and Consumer, Retail & Pharmaceuticals. Job Description The role will be London based and will drive new business and revenue growth globally for UK and Dutch parented clients. The role will report to the Head of UK and Northern Europe Corporate Sales Key Responsibilities: ? Responsible for actively managing client portfolios by understanding client needs, applying consultative selling, cultivating references and developing appropriate product solutions. ? Implementing and supporting ongoing client strategy and co-coordinating cross-sell opportunities with other parts of TS, the Global Corporate Bank and the Investment Bank ? Developing and managing the pipeline of opportunities, and meeting annual sales revenue targets ? Drives for results, mobilises internal and external network and resources, knows the impact of the market on business, technical and marketing expertise, builds partnerships with customers, thinks strategically and anticipates consequences, manages and controls selling situations and opportunities ? Management of the entire sales process from selling to full implementation (including proposals, contract negotiation, documentation and co-ordinating product partners / implementation teams) ? Participation in external industry conferences, ensure market visibility for the JPM franchise Qualifications:The below points have been carefully considered as being essential for this role. You will be able to demonstrate a good network within the relevant industry, plus channels and referrers ? You will be able to discuss your broad and deep knowledge of financial markets technologies and operations ? You can demonstrate how you have used your communication skills and commercial acumen ? You will also be able to discuss in detail, where you have lead the commercial development of new geographies, and developed sales lines for new products. ? You can give examples of where you have worked with Product Development and Operations partners to use each others skills to best effect in achieving the firm?s targets and in developing the firms onward strategy and capabilities. ? You can describe how you have lead and participated in global teams to deliver differentiated and targeted solutions for global corporations.
