Applicants must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with a good friendly telephone manner. Previous customer service experience is an advantage, though FULL TRAINING will be provided. Will be working in a small team, inputting data, checking items, Invoicing, handling telephone and letter enquiries. Will be working for a fashion accessory company in an office based customer service department. Company is in Central London, 2 minutes from Warren Street underground station. STORM has grown to become one of the UK's leading fashion brands for watches, jewellery and other fashion accessories. We are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor, as part of our Customer Service Dept, dealing with both trade and consumer enquiries.
