James-Lee Consultancy is a leading guardianship and educational consultancy based in London. As guardians, we play a vital role in ensuring that students have the necessary support that they require whilst they are here, this includes ensuring that all our students have a comfortable and safe accommodation where they can call 'home. We are now seeking to recruit a Cantonese Speaking Officer who will support our Welfare team. Duties include but not limited to:. - Writing reports. - Visiting students around the UK. - Communication with all stakeholders. - Attendance at school events. - Assisting with transport logistics. - Data entry. - Administration. - Holding the 24-hour emergency mobile phone for a week at a time on a rotational basis. - Maintaining a high standard of care and excellent customer service at all times. - Overseas travel (for more senior officers) for education events. Person Specification. Excellent customer service. Must be able to read, write and speak Cantonese. It would be desirable if you can speak, read and write Mandarin too but this is not essential. Fluent in English. Great organisational and time management skills. Able to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible working attitude. Friendly and approachable manner. Excellent problem-solving skills. Salary: 20,000 - 23,000 (dependent on experience) + performance based bonus + company benefits including a company car + expenses.
