Copper Beech Home Care Ltd are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant to work within the community of Lancaster and Morecambe. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality, person-centred care and building meaningful, professional relationships with several regular clients that you will be assigned.The Care Assistant role is currently available on a full and part-time basis, those working full-time will be expected to work a variety of shift patterns consisting of both evenings and weekends with alternate weekends off (where possible).Copper Beech Home Care Ltd offers contracted hours of employment to provide all of our Care Assistants with the opportunity to have a secure income.Working as a Care Assistant with Copper Beech Home Care Ltd you will also be a person who takes their own development very seriously. You will be provided with a full induction programme and be expected to work towards a minimum level of qualification ? (QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care also the Care Certificate).Training is provided to ensure that the highest quality of care is available always.Salary: £7.20 per hour (During Probation and until fully trained), £7.50 per hour after.Travel Expenses: 0.25p per mile for all Car Drivers.Copper Beech Home Care Ltd also have an excellent range of benefits that we offer, such as gift vouchers for Care Assistants who are nominated as part of our Care Assistant of the month scheme and other discretionary rewards for those who show excellence within their role or are nominated by relatives, service users or management for praise.
