We are currently seeking full and part time Support Worker jobs available in the local Dover area of Kent working through our friendly  that experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities.The Position:For this role it's essential you are confident delivering personal care with a mindful approach towards protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence. This could involve a range of tasks such as assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, meal times, accessing the community and other general activities that enable clients to receive an excellent standard of care. You will be working on either a 1-1 basis or within a small team of Support Workers based in a residential home in the Dover area in Kent. Full driving licence and access to a car essential, due to clients various locations.The Benefits:? At least 3 months? previous paid experience working in a care environment in the UK within the last 3 years? You must have experience of caring for clients with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities? Referee contact details for your current place of work, including a manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs?
