Job descriptionCleaning Operative required.Experience is preferred but not essential, and full site training will be provided. Key responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins, general dusting and cleaning wash rooms/toilets. 14 hours per week, Mon-Sun evening from 6.30pm-8.30pm or 7pm-9pm or 8pm-10pm 2 hours per day.Cleaning Operative Job Description? Follow work schedule for areas to be cleaned. Have full knowledge of areas.? Clean all specified areas within the time allocated and to the standard required. Daily, Weekly and periodic tasks are carried out as required.? Demonstrate good attention to detail, ability to work independently and use initiative.? Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.? Respond to any customer or management requests promptly and courteously.? Deal with any complaints immediately and report them to the Supervisor.? Demonstrate full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment and materials.? Demonstrate a reliable, responsible and flexible approach to work.? Use, handle, transport and store equipment correctly and safely at all times.? Be aware of material expenditure.? Observe Skweeky Kleen company rules at all times.? Maintain any records as requested by Cleaning Supervisor.? Report faulty or damaged equipment to Cleaning Supervisor.? Wear appropriate protective clothing as necessary.? Observe Skweeky Kleen fire and safety regulations plus demonstrate and promote good safe working habits.? Comply with Health & Safety Policy, taking ownership of Health and Safety of yourself and others.? Use appropriate lifting, carrying and transporting techniques for heavy or difficult items.? Follow sound and safe working practice for electrical equipment, materials and agents at all times.? Follow emergency procedures for fire, illness, evacuation etc.? Follow security procedures on site for visitors, personal items, information, valuable items and equipment etc.? Use the Skweeky Kleen Office Manager system to record attendance and order supplies as appropriate.? Wear Skweeky Kleen uniform and ID badge at all times. ?
