BackgroundAXA PPP Healthcare, one of the UK's largest healthcare providers are currently looking for a Client Relationship Executive to work as part of the Corporate Account Management & Servicing team.Based in our Bristol Office, you will be maintaining and growing the relationship between AXA PPP healthcare and our clients.You?ll build effective relationships with and be a key contact for our corporate Clients and Intermediaries, understanding their needs and balancing these with our own business needs. Providing excellent customer service through competent servicing of large insured clients, from initial set-up through to the annual renewal of the scheme is key to this role.The roleYou?ll service a portfolio of corporate clients and intermediaries on a day to day basis, supporting our account management team to retain, and up-sell tour existing client base. Activities will include initial set-up of new groups, invoicing, mid-term changes, ad hoc reporting, research, queries and issue management, renewal, account reconciliation, profit share management and timely collection of monies.Developing strong external and internal client relationships to deliver joint results culminating in successful negotiations to retain contracts; maintain regular contact proactively, identifying ways to continually improve levels of service and finding solutions to deal with any issues raised; work in partnership and collaboratively with Client Relationship Servicing Manager, Key Account Manager, Intermediary Sales Manager, Commercial, Claims, Legal Services, Marketing and Finance.You?ll co-ordinate, compile and analyse statistical data to ensure effective scheme management and performance including database interrogation, drafting of renewal proposals, legal contracts & policy brochures, premium data and aged debts. Understanding and managing the complexities of each client?s bespoke servicing arrangements and liaise with the appropriate internal support functions to reach mutual understanding and agreement to specific proposals in order to fully secure retention.You?ll handle complex and technical queries that arise, highlighting to the Client Relationship Servicing Manager, Intermediary Sales Managers and Key Account Managers cases where the case is under threat or where there are serious issues.What we're looking for? You'll have an insurance background with a high degree of client services experience? Experience of account managing corporate clients and schemes? Exceptional level of accuracy, attention to detail, initiative and analytical skills? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written? The ability to plan and organise self and work load? Work proactively to meet the needs of the customer and the business? A strong negotiator with clients and intermediaries? Able to manage complex and technical queries and issues?
