Client Service LeaderAs a Barclays Client Service Leader, you will be responsible for delivering specialist support and service to UK, Ireland and International Private Bank clients through inspirational leadership and commitment to people development. You will drive industry leading client experience through the management and development of your teams. You will lead a team of Wealth Client Services Executives and will also be responsible for ensuring stakeholder relationships with Private Bank and Operations teams are managed on a day to day basis, ensuring the end to end delivery of service is seamless and a consistent approach is achieved. As a Client Service Leader, your main responsibilities will involve:* Responsibility for the delivery of expert service through your teams to Private Bank clients using multi-channel communications options* Responsibility for directing and developing a capability to meet the challenge demanded by both internal and external Stakeholders* Leading, motivating, appraising and developing up to 12 direct reports, ensuring they are equipped to meet objectives through coaching, training and management* Working in partnership with key stakeholders on a day to day basis to ensure Wealth Client Service delivery is consistent with internal and external client expectation* Reviewing client feedback to drive service improvements across Wealth Client Services* Ensuring regular quality checks and observations are carried out, to ensure that each individual in Wealth Client Service is following correct processes, such as identification and verification of clientsAs a Client Service Leader, your skills and qualifications will include:* Previous leadership and people management, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage people, plan work activities and inspire and motivate team members to deliver world standard service* A broad experience of delivering an excellent level of service to customers from differing cultures via remote delivery channels* A proven track record of pro-actively leading their team members towards achieving set targets* Good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels* An external and internal customer focus along with an excellent understanding of day-to-day customer needs across a diverse range of delivery channels * The ability to work under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload whilst providing consistent solid support to your teamThe Benefits:Our customers deserve the best.
