Three Construction Health and Safety Advisors on three sites in Tidworth for a leading housing provider.Your new companyMy client is a leading provider of partnership housing who were founded in 1972. They have seven regional offices across the UK. The company design affordable new build homes, fund land purchases and regenerate communities, as well as refurbishing, maintaining and repairing homes. The organisation have proud record of high staff retention and offer excellent potential career progression. Your new roleThe company are looking for three Construction Health and Safety Advisors, one on each of their three sites in Tidworth. You will report into the Health and Safety Manager on a project to build 1000 plots over the next 4 years for a key MOD client. Responsibilities will include staff inductions, monitoring of tickets on site, general H&S and Administration. Working hours are 40/week, 8-5pm inc 1 hour lunch (although this is flexible)What you'll need to succeedStrong experience in construction/house-building is essential, ideally having worked for leading developers such as Taylor Wimpey, Crest Nicholson, Barrett Homes, Redrow etc. You must have a NEBOSH Construction certificate (or equivalent) and a current CSCS Card.
