Customer Service Adviser OpportunityScantec are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Help desk/Technical Coordinator with a wealth of customer service experience.Our client is a leading provider of total facility solutions. They provide strategic facilities engineering services which support, compliment and augment their clients core objectives. Due to expansion, this role has become available for a natural people person with excellent customer service skills.Requirements:-Experience working in a client facing role, good customer service skills. -Experience working for a hard services/FM company in similar role is desirable but not essential-Knowledge of a CMMS system like SAP, Maximo, Shires would be advantageous.-Preferably an ASAP Start5 days per week, 40hrs (8:30 ? 5pm)Scantec is the 2nd Largest Technical Agency in UK - Recruitment International Magazine 2016, and specialises in the Manufacturing, IT, Technical, Engineering and Scientific Sectors.
