Our client has a number of Full Time vacancies for their inbound customer service advisor roles in their Bristol office.As they are open 24/7, this particular position will involve working flexible shift patterns any hours considered over the course of Monday-Sunday 07:00-22:00. (You must be able to commit to 07:00am Starts)About the Customer Service Advisor role:The role involves handling calls for over 800 clients taking a variety of calls. Their client base ranges from retail to facilities management companies, personal injury solicitors and IT support, this is a challenging and rewarding role for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.Key Skills required of the Customer Service Advisor:? Previous experience in a customer service role? Passionate about customer service excellence? Experience in a contact centre is advantageous? Our client are looking for excellent communicators in both written and verbal communication skills? Fluent English? You will a competent typist? You will be computer literate? Great telephone manner? You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail? You will have exceptionally high attention to detail as you will be capturing information to be passed on to their clients.
