As the Customer Service Assistant Manager, you will be tasked with supporting the Customer Service Manager in the provision of a responsive and efficient customer service function. Customers lie at the heart of everything our client does and their high level of customer focus can?t be achieved without the right people in their team. To succeed in this role, you?ll need to be focused on, and capable of, delivering great customer experiences, constantly improving processes and finding new ways to work with customer and retail partners. Ensuring the Customer Service Team is effective in its day-to-day activities and its role as the first point of contact for inbound customer contacts, you will make sure that all agreed targets are achieved. You will complete departmental admin tasks, monitor and report on department performance and act as the quality filter for all administrative tasks within the function. Additionally, you will: - Negotiate and resolve all retailer and customer complaints and queries relating to purchases following credit applications - Handle inbound and outbound calls - Provide training and support to the Customer Service Team as required Interested? If so, you will need knowledge of processes, systems and screens. Enthusiasm, a proactive nature and the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment are also key.
