Permanent Customer Service Co-ordinator in Dunfermline, 20 - 22 k pa + Excellent Progression Opportunities Your new company An exciting forward thinking well known business based in Dunfermline are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the teamYour new role The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of administration relating to customer issues. This includes but is not limited too: Monitor the Customer Services Inbox and taking incoming call in regards to problems and defects Receive and log the results of all telephone calls and emails from Customers Ensure the preparation and issue of the weekly defects report Liaise with all relevant staff required and plan accordingly to get defects fixed Extensive diary management and planning Route planning and logistics Provide feedback to the technical department in relation to defective materials etc Ensure the correct allocation of work to the contractors to fix issues that have arisen Balance and co-ordinate schedules Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any remediation works, and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout any process Follow the complaints and escalated complaints procedureWhat you'll need to succeed This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with great interpersonal, communication and relationship skills who can meet and exceed customers' expectations and help them with every step of their journey. You must be assertive, confident and positive with excellent I.T, planning and customer service skills.
