All we ask for is a talent for talking to people and a flair for understanding what they need and identifying the best way to support them. Oh, and a real desire to help by answering questions and sorting out problems. In return, we'll develop you in the role, which means you'll easily be able to see your career path in TSB.What we need todayWe love our Customer Service Partners in Business Banking Centre to:*Provide a brilliant customer experience by building a great relationship and adding that personal touch.*To treat our customers like individuals by getting to know them and their business needs. *Support our business banking customers when they call the Business Banking Centre by providing prompt help and expert advice.What we need tomorrowWe know it takes more than just skills and experience. So, we want our Customer Service Partners in the Business Banking Centre to:*Have the ambition and drive to develop a fulfilling career with TSB.*Live and breathe our TSB values and behaviours.Our Business Banking Centre is open 7am to 8pm Monday - Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. Our partners support our customers during these hours via a range of shift patterns. Partners work a 35 hour week which will include Saturdays on a rota basis.You'll quickly become an expert in your particular area, and use your knowledge to promote products and services that will help our customers with their business.We'll provide an inclusive culture where there's a real sense of belonging and working towards a common goal. You'll become a Partner of TSB. We'll give you all the support and training you need to gain knowledge and expertise.
