Based at our Llanystumdwy depot, Harlech Foodservice Ltd is looking to recruit someone to add some flexibility and cover within our growing customer service department. The successful applicant should have a pleasant manner, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team and build and maintain customer relationships. Main duties will include inputting errors on to our own bespoke database on a daily basis, investigating customer credits and returns, liaising with sales reps requests as well as answering the phone and dealing with customer queries as required and to a satisfactory outcome. You must possess excellent IT skills and a thorough understanding and insight into Microsoft Office packages. This will be a part time yet permanent role working several afternoons per week from approximately 1.00-7.00pm as well a Saturday rota. The ability to converse bilingually would be advantageous but is not essential. Rate of pay to be discussed at interview stage, but will be in excess of NLW.
