Office Angels Oxford cover a large area within Oxfordshire which includes Oxford City Centre, Summertown, Botley, Cowley, Headington, Abingdon, Milton Park, Kidlington, Witney, Carterton, Chalgrove & Thame - with this comes a large client base meaning we are always on the look out for Administrators, Receptionists, Secretaries & Customer Service Representatives to join our books ready to go out to work straight away.Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their successful team, the successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers at all times.Main duties include but not limited to:-- Dealing promptly with all enquiries both on the telephone and face to face- Ensuring accurate updating of database- Undertaking administrative duties as requiredSkills required:-- Experience of working in a Customer Service environment- Strong questioning and listening skills- Good telephone manner and strong written skills- Ability to prioritise own work load.
