We are looking to hear from those with great customer service skills to join a leading utility company in Glasgow.There will be 4 weeks of class room training for this role plus graduation bay training from 9am to 5:30pm.The role:?You will be working on behalf of one of Scotland's most prestigious power companies, aiding with financially vulnerable people on the lead up to Winter, helping them with their bills and tariffs - a very rewarding job with room for progression also. ?You will need to be able to:Have great customer service skillsAble to communicate in a clear and engaging mannerPossess excellent listening skillsBe able to follow set procedures and regulationsHave a natural ability to show empathy to customersManage your own time effectively, plan ahead and adopt a methodical approach to your workBe accurate and check detailsBuild strong customer relationships and quickly focus on their needsAdopt a flexible approach to work and adapt to changeProvide excellent service ? demonstrating willingness to go above and beyond on every single callWork effectively in a team ? supporting colleagues and sharing your knowledgeIf you are ready for a move, are a recent graduate or looking for a change in career, we want to hear from you.One Recruitment are operating as a recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy
