The Job Role:Working with 2 worldwide and prestigious household brands.A customer focussed role where quality and managing the customer experience is key.Working in a call centre environment making volume outbound calls to end users and businesses.Fact finding, asking the right questions and listening to customers.Negotiating payments and setting up payment plans for customers.Speaking to customers and the client to resolve payment issues and settle their invoice in a satisfactory manner.Creating bespoke letters/emails and sending these to customers.Working to strict client and FCA guidelines.Experience / Requirements:Previous Customer Service experience is highly beneficial.Any background/skill set will be considered however you MUST have an excellent telephone manner, be inquisitive, confident, bubbly and extremely keen to learn.You will be committed, flexible, dynamic and seeking a long term career opportunity.Good PC Skills coupled with excellent grammar and the ability to write letters from scratch is ESSENTIAL.You will be happy to undertake a full credit check ? this is a necessity when offered a role due to the industry. The Package:An annual salary of £16,700 per annumA number of permanent roles available.The opportunity to start a long term career and work with household brands.Excellent training programme.Hours of work rotate every 2 weeks and are Mon ? Fri 7.45am ? 2.45pm & 1.30pm ? 8.30pm and 2 Saturday mornings per month 8am ? 1pm = 37.5 hours per week.Excellent facilities and a modern and newly refurbished office
