      Customer Services Advisor (Ref: CON-CSA-BS)£14,854.58 per annum pro rata to hours worked Up to 10 hours per week Site: Bradley Stoke Would you like to be part of our Customer Service team? We currently have a Customer Service Advisor opportunity at Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre!  Your duties will include providing an effective, friendly and efficient service to our customers, and to maximise membership sales and promote services to customers.  You will also be responsible for making bookings and payment for activities at the centre, as well as handling general and sales enquiries.  You will work on a shift basis, working evenings and weekends.  We are looking for someone who possess excellent customer care skills and is a good communicator and who either has an NVQ or substantial and varied customer services experience of an equivalent nature with the commitment to achieve an NVQ qualification within the first year.  Experience of electronic booking systems, cash handling and sales is desirable. Closing Date:   Tuesday 19th September 2017  Interview date: To be confirmed   For an informal discussion regarding the above post please contact Candace Brunning on 01454 279922ext. 2003.  Please log on to for full details and an application form.
