Description

Customer Service·         Sales order administration to include:Scheduling of product call-offs and Kanban triggersReconciling orders with quote / price history                        Administering contract reviews                        Entering and acknowledging sales orders and maintaining order status report                        Raising despatch and invoice documents                        Month end sales order routine                         Maintenance of sales forecast                         Maintain Sales Order Procedures, including those in Quality Manual                        Maintenance of customer sales files ·         Delivery logistics (domestic and international shipping arrangements)·         Returns processing·         Customer relationships - develop and maintain open communication with customers, provide initial point of contact and ownership for customer enquiries relating to previous, current and imminent orders for current products. Work with Business Development Director and Account Managers to prioritise and resolve customer service issues.·         Provide the initial point of contact between Account Managers, Customers and Operations to negotiate and communicate any necessary rescheduling of prior agreed deliveries with optimised impact on any affected customer requirements. Irreconcilable issues to be escalated as necessary to Senior Management for resolution·         Attend internal meetings as required·         Ensure that business critical activities are covered in times of planned absence and that designated staff are trained to cover business critical administration tasks during periods of planned and unplanned absence.·         Internally promote customer focus and excellence of service as the norm·         On time delivery reports and maintenance of notice boards
