As Estates Engineering Manager, your key challenge will be to provide professional property, construction and safety-related advice, in particular to the Estates and Safety teams, to ensure that we maintain a robust, safe and compliant property portfolio. You?ll also act as lead with Network Rail. With a strong emphasis on maintaining and monitoring safety and compliance, your other key accountabilities as Estates Engineering Manager will include: acting as Professional Head to satisfy operational and safety licence  reviewing third party schemes for compliance  providing support to our regions and delivering project work from inception to completion close liaison with contractors and suppliers.With corporate membership of MRICS and/or MCIOB, you must have a proven track record in construction or property management within a live railway environment, with working knowledge of JCT and NEC suite of contracts. Your knowledge and understanding of RIBA and/or GRIP plans is underpinned by strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
