Coventry [ENG00011257] ENGIE UK - Skills Funding Agency, Cheylesmore House, Quinton Road, Coventry, CV1 2WT  ENGIE are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to be based in Skills Funding Agency, Cheylesmore House, Quinton Road, Coventry, CV1 2WT. This is a permanent part time role (working 16 hours per week, Monday 16:30 - 20:30 & Tues - Friday 17:30 - 20:30) and on offer will be a salary of £8.55 per hour.  This role will report into the Site Facilities Manager. To be successful in this role you must provide the following:Minimum of 3 year history of employment (including information which can be verified for any gaps)If you do not have 3 years previous employment, a professional reference must be provided (obtained from a Medical Practitioner, Officer of the Armed Forces, Teacher, Lecturer, Lawyer, Bank Manager, Civil Servant etc)Proof of identity & eligibility to work in the UK which must include :Photographic I.D - Passport or Driving Licence. Passport and all relevant work permitsor NI Number information / proof and full Birth certificateIf no legal photographic documentation is owned then a passport photo which has been signed and verified by any of the above professionals will be required. This needs to show their title, signature and contact details.2 proofs of address from within the last 3 months (i.e. council tax bill, bank statement, utilities bills).Any required qualifications or driving licence if required for the role.The main duties and responsibilities are:To carry out all work as requestedOrganise all work rota?s for team.Manage sickness and holiday requests ensuring cover is from within the teamHold 1:1 meetings with staff when necessaryCarry out training to all staff ie:  Manual handling, COSHH, SSOW etc.Submit cleaning audits ? evaluate communicate and rectify actions where needed.Ensure sufficient consumables and cleaning materials are ordered, maintaining stock levels. Ensure that all working areas are kept to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety and presentationReport to site FM any maintenance issues that may ariseBe able to work under pressure, problem solve and to use their initiative when necessaryEnsure to follow all company systems and processesEnsure all staff observe the site rules and maintain a smart appearance, wearing the companies uniform and appropriate PPE at all timesBe responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and COSHH laws or regulations.
