Job Title:Executive AssistantLocation: Bradford, West YorkshireSalary: CompetitiveThe company is recognised as a market leader in the manufacture of kitchen accessories for more than 30 years.The Executive Assistant role will include diary and task management with the ability to effectively assist the Managing Director, undertaking duties within other functions in the areas of the business, including sales and marketing, and general HR and office administration.Duties will include:Organising a wide range of meetings and events at internal/external venues, liaising with internal/external contacts as appropriate. Ensuring all deadlines are met for key corporate activities. Awareness of key stakeholders and prioritisation of meetings.Produce and maintain a diary planner for the year, capturing the key dates and otherProduce effective PowerPoint presentations and meeting minutes and actions. Follow up on actions from Board and internal meetingsSupport the development of corporate Communication, including social media and employee engagement forumsArrange for refreshments, equipment, meet and greet visitorsAssist with travel arrangement including itineraries, visa applications and passport renewalsManage the provision of confidential and sensitive information to and from key stakeholders, including general HR administrative duties and working with the senior management team to ensure all HR tasks are actioned in a timely and consistent manner.The Candidate:The successful candidate will need to be comfortable to work at all levels in fast paced and potentially high-demanding situations.
