If this excites you, then please read on!We are now looking for up to five experienced Electrical Engineer?s to lead and be part of a team installing and constructing electrical power distribution and transmission systems from 400v to 132kv.The successful candidates will be experienced Electrical Engineers, qualified to City &Guilds or ONC level in a relevant engineering discipline.You will need to have your 17th Edition and also have worked to install electrical power and T&D equipment in precvious roles.You?ll have your Site Safety Passport and have experience working on CDM sites.You?ll also need Electrical or Mechanical fitting or jointing experience.Good operational knowledge of electrical power distribution systems.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).On a day to day basis you?ll be carrying out the following:-Carrying out electrical network projects, including the installation of power systems including cable systems, switchgear, transformers, busbars, relay panels and associated equipment up to 132kv.Work towards achieving ?Authorised Person? status to allow for independent access to substations, receive a permit to work and supervise a working party.You?ll also be required to provide leadership to subcontractors if required and undertake the role of site supervisor in accordance to CDM regulations.Produce as built records, test results, updated drawings and reports for projects.This role will involve travel throughout the North West of the UK and occasionally national travel may be required, so a full UK Drivers License will be required.If you?d like to join a dynamic business and pursue a rewarding career, then please apply via email to or contact Kate Wills at Vantage Consulting on 01785 339 000 for an informal and confidential discussion.
