37 Hours Per WeekLinc has a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our busy and thriving Corporate Services team. Employing over 500 members of staff, Linc has a strong reputation across South Wales as leaders in the field of high quality social housing, affordable home ownership, Extracare schemes, sheltered housing, nursing homes and enterprise businesses, and we have ambitious plans for growth. The Finance Administrator role will play a key part in the Finance team and will be responsible for the administration of Linc?s sales ledger incorporating the invoicing of nursing care fees. You must have experience of working within an accounts department, particularly working within sales ledger and credit control. Experience and a working knowledge of Finance within a Housing Association or Care setting would also be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided to enhance your existing knowledge. Strong organisational and administration skills are essential and you will have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to record keeping. You will also need a flexible approach to your work as you will be required to provide support across the Finance team. A full driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use is desirable but not essential.
