Part Time Finance Administrator, Edinburgh, 20,000-24,000 (pro rata) Your new company Hays is delighted to be partnered with a highly-reputable organisation in order to recruit for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly Finance Department within their Edinburgh Head Office. This opportunity will provide the successful candidate substantial experience, while being part of a close-knit and welcoming team. All about helping each other and coordinating workload, you will be joining a support system with genuine duty of care to employees. You will be working 24 hours, 3 days a week.Your new role As the Finance Administrator responsibilities will include processing and entering of supplier sales invoices, posting of cash receipts, bank reconciliations, processing payment runs, expense claims, bank reconciliation, analysis of general ledger accounts supporting Management Accounts preparation, credit control, and supporting the Finance Manager & team on an ad hoc basis. You will be using QuickBooks & Sage on a daily basis. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience working as a Finance Assistant and will be highly computer literature with Excel, Word & Outlook. You will have experience with Quickbooks & Sage. The client is seeking an adaptable individual with good time management who is flexible in respect to work and an excellent team player. You will have exceptional communication skills, with strong ability to liaise across a multi functional environment.What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary of between 20,000 and 24,000 (pro rata) depending upon your experience.
