Role Overview:As a key support officer of our company the FA will play a vital role in delivering an accurate and efficient support within the finance team whilst providing a professional and confidential sales ledger service to the company. JOB DESCRIPTION·        Sales invoices distribution, credit notes, customer statements ·        Opening new account & liaising with sales team·        Dealing with Export documents & Intrastat ·        Dealing Legal department regarding unpaid invoices.·        Monitoring customer?s exceeding credit limits & insurances ·        Chasing customers payments, ·        Payment allocation, ·        Cash flow projections·        Banking (must be a driver)·        Journals & Account reconciliation ·        Reporting to MD OPPORTUNITY·        Advancement in the hands of the candidate? the sky being the limit.
