Our busy clients are a Property Management and Construction Business who currently have 100 full time employees. Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre where we have state of the art and prestigious offices. Based Manchester centre close to all transport links.  We are a dynamic and very friendly and sociable place to work. They are now looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger/Payroll Clerk/Finance AssistantMonday-Friday 9-5.30pm or 8.30-5pm to suit 40 hours per week but would also consider part timeBased Manchester centre close to all transport linksSalary DOEThe role:As the Purchase/Payroll Clerk you will be responsible for:-Collation and checking of weekly timesheetsUpdating spreadsheet with new starters, employment details, overtime hoursProcessing monthly payroll on Sage 50 payrollProcessing and coding of purchase invoices onto Sage Line 50, including matching of invoices to purchase ordersSupplier statement reconciliationsPreparing payment runsDealing with queriesPreparing analysis of site costs on a regular basisAny other ad-hoc dutiesSkill/Experience:Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including good excel skillsExperience using Sage Line 50 Accounts/Sage 50 PayrollPrevious use of an accounts packageAAT level 2 or above would be a distinct advantage
