Morris Jones Consulting Ref: L348330PJBJob Title: Financial Planning AdministratorSalary: £18,000 - £23,000 DOEOverview:Financial Planning Administrator vacancy working for a reputable Wealth Management Practice with fantastic career prospects based in Leeds centre.Main Duties:A highly regarded financial services practice based in Leeds is now looking to further enhance its Administration team with a Financial Planning Administrator.The offered candidate will work closely within a team providing administrative support to a team of Wealth Managers and Paraplanners based in the Leeds office and remotely.The key purpose of the role will be to obtain portfolio valuations on existing arrangements in line with review dates. You will allocate funds and investment plans to the Adviser Office system and ensue movements are kept up to date, process business and keep internal and external stakeholders up to date along the process.Diary management, letter writing and client management are all key accountabilities for the role in addition to answering the telephone and handling client and provider enquiries.You will have support from Paraplanners and a team of Client Services Administrators.In return for hard work and dedication, a salary of up to £23,000 will be on offer dependent on experience, qualification and performance at interview. You may also participate in a discretionary bonus scheme, 24 days? holiday, 4 x DIS and a company pension. Full financial support will be provided for the continuation of professional development and industry related study, after successful completion of a probationary period.Key Skills:Candidates applying for this role will ideally hold financial planning qualifications and have extensive experience providing administrative and client support to a team of Wealth Management Advisers.You will have experience working with pensions, investments and protection product administration, ideally for high net worth private clients. You will have a confident, articulate and professional manner with a thorough understanding of TCF and compliance requirements.
