PURPOSE OF ROLE: The role will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in delivering a cohesive B2B and consumer marketing strategy across all channels. Specifically, you will be responsible for all consumer facing activity to drive awareness and demand for our product range. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has already gained marketing experience and is looking for their next step with a dynamic businessKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ·         Assist the Marketing Manager in launching a new Creative Expressions website ·         Define and deliver a fantastic end-user experience through functionality and content·         Ensure that the CE website product range and content is always up-to-date and accurate and the content is informative and inspirational·         Use web metrics to continually improve the end-customer experience and engagement with the CE website·         Use social media and email campaigns to promote Creative Expressions, it?s Designers and its products. Set and achieve targets·         Manage the Craft Clearance B2C website to achieve KPIs and maximise sales. Develop and execute a communications and promotional plan·         Maximise viewers and subscribers for CE YouTube channel. Assist in planning and delivering video production·         Devise and implement activity to grow the consumer email database·         Manage the Creative Expression?s Design Team and the Creative Expressions blogs·         Organise the Crafting at Ally Pally consumer show including recruiting and managing exhibitors and maximising ticket sales PERSON SPECIFICATION:  ·         Educated to degree level ·         Good numeracy (Maths and English GCSE ? Minimum Grade C) and commercial awareness·         Organisation skills and attention to detail·         Enthusiastic and energetic·         Excellent interpersonal skills and results orientation·         Team Player with the ability to work independently·         Minimum 2 years in a marketing role- either business to business or consumer facing·         Experience of running social media campaigns·         Interest in design and the creative process plus an affinity with creative people is an advantage·         Will take ownership of projects/tasks·         Prepared to put themselves out to deliver outstanding customer service·         Design, photography, video skills would be desirableHOURS OF WORK: Flexible ? based around 9 ? 5 Monday to Friday. Options to start earlier and later ? to be discussed with the successful candidate.SALARY:  Circa £25,000
