Moray Waste Busters, established in 2002 and based in Forres, is a social enterprise which promotes public awareness of the ?3 R?s? (Reduce-Reuse-Recycle).   We are now offering an exciting 12 month placement for a graduate with skills in project management. The placement will involve supporting the development of our organisation?s business and marketing plans to aid us in achieving our environmental commitments. Moray Waste Busters? main environmental aim is to divert reusable items away from landfill and back into the community. In line with Scottish Government policy, we also aim to reach their commitment of a zero-waste society. We are currently entering into a period of significant business growth which has resulted in the need to expand onto a new site. We are  investigating ways in which this new site could be developed with the aim of reaching our targets for zero-waste. The successful candidate will help support the planning and coordination of Moray Waste Busters? move to the new site within a set timeframe.  Specific tasks include:Supporting the development and subsequent implementation of a plan for the creation of new premises;The research and creation of the layout and flows of products, services and people around the new site;Supporting in the development and implementation of a new business plan;Development and implementation of a new marketing strategy;Researching the re-use opportunities of second hand modular buildings and shipping containers.QualificationsMinimum undergraduate degree, preferably related to business studies or marketing.
