About the role The graduate scheme will follow a 2 year structured rotational programme designed for you to acquire experience in HR Services, Resourcing, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Reward. You will also become a key member of the wider HR team and contribute to a range of HR projects enabling you to gain a range and breadth of HR knowledge. Career This is a great opportunity for you to grow your career within Human Resources, and on completion of the scheme you will have gained a CIPD qualification and a permanent role as an Employee Relations Advisor. Not only will you be gaining experience and an industry recognised qualification but you will also be rewarded with a great starting salary of 22,000 with further increases along the way.
