Sheffield or Leeds (with regular travel throughout the UK)  £35,000 pro rata Plus Company Car or Car AllowanceIf you are a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience of handling a range of employee relations matters, this is a fantastic opportunity to consolidate your skill-set in an engaging new role.  Our client is an innovative not-for-profit organisation that helps to make life better for older people in the UK. They believe that everybody should matter, regardless of how old they are. They?re now looking for an HR Partner to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible.  In this exciting contract, you will have the chance to lead and influence change at a regional level and make a positive, lasting impact on a forward-thinking charity.  As the HR Partner, you?ll provide professional HR advice and support to specified business areas.  Liaising with senior members of the organisation, you?ll support the delivery of business plans and enable operational managers across the organisation to confidently deal with people-related issues.  You?ll provide guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including performance management, TUPE transfers, recruitment, grievances and change management.  Additionally, you?ll develop your knowledge of our client?s vision and the critical drivers of organisational performance to gain an understanding of how they impact HR solutions for the business.  As part of your role, you may be required to travel to company sites throughout the UK.  To be considered, you will need:  - Experience of managing a large and varied employee relations caseload  - To be IT literate  - A CIPD qualification  - A degree level qualification  Decisive and resilient, as the HR Partner, you?ll be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels. You?ll also be adaptable, highly organised and able to work well under pressure.  Ideally, you?ll be a Chartered MCIPD, but this is not essential. Experience across a number of HR professional areas of expertise would also be beneficial.  This is a full time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday ?
