Crowne Plaza Marlow is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager for this exceptional property, with a magnificent lakeside location set in 5 acres of landscaped grounds The hotel has 168 spacious bedrooms, a superb Conference Centre with 8 meeting rooms for up to 400 in the largest Winterlake suite, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities , the Glaze One AA Rosette restaurant and a busy Agua Bar & Lounge with resident pianist.Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will be responsible for promoting, securing and developing new business from the local markets.The property has a significant opportunity for cross selling across a wide spectrum of hotel services and products.The ideal candidate should have a strong MICE selling background, given the extensive conference and events meeting space within the hotel. Your role will focus on driving room sales and identifying corporate sales opportunities and leads. You will be responsible for managing for locally negotiated corporate rate relationships, as well as engaging on global accounts managed by Intercontinental Hotels Group.Your responsibilities will extend to promoting unique elements of the food & beverage and leisure & spa opportunities within the hotel that is being developed under the new hotel ownership.You need to be able to work autonomously and bring personality and passion to the role. You should also have excellent communication skills ? both written and verbal.Successful candidates should ideally have a solid hotel sales background, preferably in a branded Hotel environment, with a passion to succeed.This opportunity has arisen due to the relocation of the long term sales managerIdeal candidates should have a stable background and positive referencesYou must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestrictedPlease view  for further information
