Recently, our graduates have been involved in our organisation?s transformation programme, operating in stand-alone HR generalist roles and bringing to life our talent management strategy. You might work on something similar, or get involved in business restructuring, which could see you consulting with trade unions, employee representatives and employees. Or it could be that you?re developing strategies on talent management in a key business area.
