Gather business requirements from users and clarify what needs to be delivered as part of the systems development planning. Support user to document the business requirements at the initial stage of systems development projects. Analyse business requirements, help to develop the conceptual design and supply necessary information to Project Manager for the planning of authorised projects. Create External Design documents which will enable users to confirm the functionality and also enable the developers to understand what functionality is required. Contributes to the planning, execution and verification of Integration Testing (ITb) and Systems Testing (ST), support users to plan and execute their User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
