Inbound Customer Service - NO OUTBOUND!Temp to Perm (Perm after 3 months)Accrington, England£15,000 (Paid at an hourly equivalent rate of £7.69ph)Rising to £16,000 after 6 months, then £17,000 after 12 monthsFree ParkingCustomer Service Advisor:As a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As this role is phone and email based, you will need to be an excellent communicator, listener with good questioning skills, you will also need to have a good written ability. This job is a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their customer service skills further.Your day to day responsibilities will include:Taking inbound calls from customers who may have a query with their orderProviding a friendly and efficient service to all callersMeeting specific SLA'sEmpathising with the customer about their query or complaintResponding in writing to emails and lettersDealing with product and delivery enquiriesLogging all details and case notes on the in-house systemThe shifts are: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
