Our client Nationwide Building Society are looking to develop and expand customer contact centre teams based in Northampton to provide customers a first class and exceptional customer service experience. With this in mind, we are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who are able to work well under pressure. With an element of product promotion involved, a great attitude and self motivation are also key to being successful in this role. The Role The role consists of handling inbound calls from new &existing customers, brokers and external parties to assist with managing their finances. To ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome and the needs of customers have been fully met. Providing information in relation to banking such as savings and mortgage accounts as well as pending financial applications. Up-selling and promoting a range of products or services customers may benefit from. Supplying account information and processing requests i.e. standing orders, overdrafts, money transfers, appointment bookings etc. General administration and data input.Skills/Experience Needed Previous call centre/customer service experience. Empathetic, understanding and articulate. Self motivation, bright and bubbly personality. Confident team player and the ability to confidentially work independently. Confidence in the ability to promote new and current products. Strong communication and listening skills. Organisational skills and able to prioritise case/work loads.Good PC skills and a confident and excellent telephone manner are essential to this role.Wage Structure The starting wage is 8.45 per hourFurther Information The role is based in Northampton and will require you to be able to commute during working hours.
